Do I need a computer?
ShopPilot is designed for phone use, so you can manage your shop from your mobile browser. You can also use a computer when you want a bigger view.
Does ShopPilot work in Khmer?
The app supports Khmer and English. The AI assistant can reply to customers in either language. This website is currently available in English.
Can I use it for Facebook and Instagram orders?
ShopPilot brings Messenger and Instagram conversations into one inbox, with tools to turn a customer chat into an order.
Which label sizes are supported?
ShopPilot supports 6 × 4, 8 × 6, 10 × 10 and 10 × 15 cm thermal labels. Printer compatibility depends on your device and printer setup. Check your print settings before buying a printer.
Can I track cash on delivery?
Yes. You can follow COD amounts still to collect alongside your orders, and use the Cash book to keep track of money in and money out.
Can my staff use it?
ShopPilot is designed for small shop teams. Staff access limits will be confirmed with the final plans.
