Questions sellers ask
Do I need to download an app?
No. ShopPilot opens in your browser on your phone or computer. There is nothing to install.
Which chat apps does it work with?
Facebook Messenger, Telegram and LINE today. Instagram and WhatsApp are coming soon, in the same inbox.
How do customers pay?
By scanning your shop's own bank QR, which the bot sends with the total, or by cash on delivery. The money goes straight to your account.
Can my staff use it without seeing profit?
Yes. Each person gets a role, and sellers can work without seeing profit.
Can I import my products from Excel?
Yes. Import and export products, customers and orders with Excel.
What do I get on Free?
Free has 30 orders and about 15 AI messages a month, for as long as you like. When you need more, choose Basic, Pro or Max, paid by KHQR from any bank app inside the app. Nothing is deleted.
